Role Overview

We are seeking a

professional and experienced Boat Captain

to join our team at Freedom Boat Club Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, enjoyable, and memorable boating experiences for our members while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and navigate boats in accordance with UAE maritime laws and Freedom Boat Club policies. Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival vessel inspections. Ensure boats are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped before every trip. Greet members and guests, providing safety briefings and assistance as needed. Support onboarding and training for new members on vessel operation and safety. Coordinate with dock staff and maintenance teams for scheduling and reporting issues. Represent the Freedom Boat Club brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

Valid

12-meter DMCA license

(Small Craft or equivalent). Minimum

2 years of boating experience

in UAE waters. Strong knowledge of

navigation, safety, and maritime regulations

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Fluent in

English

; Arabic or other languages a plus. Customer-service mindset with a passion for boating and hospitality. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
