Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and licensed
Motorboat Captain
to operate a24-meter vessel
for commercial/private use. The captain will be responsible for the safe navigation, mechanical oversight, and general operation of the boat, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for passengers and crew.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and navigate a 24-meter motorboat in compliance with maritime laws and safety regulations Conduct regular pre-departure and post-arrival inspections of the vessel Oversee docking, anchoring, and mooring operations Monitor weather and sea conditions to plan and adjust routes as needed Supervise crew members and coordinate onboard operations Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the boat Maintain logs and reports on operations, fuel usage, and incidents Ensure passenger safety and manage emergencies according to protocol
Qualifications:
Valid captain's license appropriate for operating a 24-meter motorboat (e.g., STCW, Yachtmaster, or equivalent) Minimum 3 years of experience operating similar-sized vessels Strong knowledge of maritime navigation, safety protocols, and weather systems Ability to lead a crew and provide excellent customer service (if applicable) Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor engine or systems issues Excellent communication and leadership skills First Aid and CPR certification preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
