We are currently supporting one of our esteemed clients on a large-scale project within a leading educational institution in Qatar. The project involves

facility maintenance

, including ongoing

operations and maintenance (O&M)

activities, and requires skilled technical professionals to ensure system performance and reliability.
We are currently looking for

BMS Technicians

for a

1-month project (extendable)

to support this engagement.

Working Hours:

9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Qatar University

Key Responsibilities

Carry out repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of

Building Management Systems (BMS)

Handle instrumentation and control devices related to

air conditioning systems

,

fire safety systems

,

lifts

, and other facility systems Work on BMS platforms and systems from manufacturers such as

Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Bailey, Landis & Gyr

, and other equivalent systems Perform day-to-day

Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

activities to ensure system reliability and performance Identify faults, carry out corrective actions, and support preventive maintenance activities

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Completion of

1.5 to 2 years of full-time technical training

from a

recognized institute

in the home country Minimum

3 years of extensive hands-on experience

in repair and maintenance of

BMS systems

Proven experience working with major BMS brands (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Bailey, Landis & GYR , or similar) Strong experience in

facility maintenance environments

is mandatory Applicants must possess

original educational and technical certificates

for verification
