Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

BMS Technician

to join our maintenance team in

Qatar

. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience

in the installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of

Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC)

. This role requires solid technical knowledge of

electrical and instrumentation systems

, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure the reliable operation of building automation systems across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and commission

DDC/BMS control panels, field devices, and associated components

. Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

of BMS systems in facilities such as

hospitals, schools, and residential complexes

. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults related to

electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems

. Support efficient operation of

HVAC and electromechanical systems

through monitoring, calibration, and performance optimization. Maintain up-to-date

technical documentation

, wiring diagrams, and maintenance/service records. Coordinate closely with

engineers and site maintenance teams

to meet operational and project requirements. Ensure compliance with

safety regulations and company procedures

during installation and maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Skills

Technical Certificate (

1-1.5 years

) in

Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication

from a recognized institute (e.g.,

ITI, TESDA, NVQ

). Proven experience in

DDC/BMS installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance

. Prior

electromechanical maintenance experience in GCC facilities

such as hospitals, schools, or residential buildings is preferred. Strong

diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

in BMS and building automation systems. Good

communication skills

and basic

computer proficiency

(Microsoft Office). Currently

residing in Qatar

with a

valid visa and QID

.
