Seeking an experienced

BMS System Supervisor

to manage, maintain, and optimize

IP-BMS systems (Honeywell, Tridium, Siemens)

for projects in Qatar. The candidate will supervise inspections, repairs, fault diagnosis, new installations, and programming while ensuring compliance with technical drawings and standard procedures. Must have a Diploma in Engineering/Science and 5+ years of practical BMS experience.

Nature and Scope of Position / Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IP-BMS systems, including Honeywell, Tridium, and Siemens platforms, for commercial and residential projects in Qatar. Supervise and coordinate inspection, repairs, fault diagnosis, new installations, and system programming. Ensure adherence to technical drawings, manuals, and standard operating procedures for maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate with contractors, facility teams, and project engineers to ensure smooth operation of building management systems.

Experience and Education:

Diploma in Engineering or Science (minimum 3 years of academic study). Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in IP-BMS system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Proficient in computer applications and relevant BMS software. Must be locally available in Qatar and able to join immediately.
