What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities with cross-functional stakeholders Follow, review, and approve site changes through a robust change control system aligned with quality and regulatory requirements Provide and ensure appropriate impact assessment, review and final approval of site and global change control Manage timely completion of change controls to support quality, production, and supply operations Ensure an efficient follow up on validation and qualification to maintain compliant manufacturing and packaging processes on site Set up and follow-on site documentation system to ensure the required review and approval of GMP documents Review/Approve local and global documents as quality authority and ensure a documentation aligned with quality and regulatory requirements Provide independent oversight and governance by defining GMP/GDP requirements for computerized system qualification, approving key validation deliverables, ensuring regulatory and data integrity controls, overseeing risk assessments and testing strategies, and managing operational procedures and change controls throughout the system lifecycle Review/Approve retirement plans and reports for decommissioned systems, conduct and approve risk assessments for AI systems, ensure ongoing compliance through periodic reviews, share responsibility for resolving residual system issues, and maintain continued assurance of validated state Participate in deployment and follow up on digital solution to support quality operations Lead/Participate in training programs and ensure an accurate and efficient annual training program on site Ensure an effective training system to have job description, training, and qualification up to date to maintain a good level of personnel qualification Ensure a robust quality risk management system and implement action plan identified to mitigate the risk to an acceptable level Prepare monthly metrics for quality system department to follow on quality performance Develop goals and objectives for the quality system team to obtain maximum efficacy from department and maintain a good level of quality and compliance within the site Coach and inspire quality team to achieve a good performance aligned Pfizer values Focus on Safety and GMP Compliance as operational priorities Ensure efficient capacity planning within quality system team Guide, advise and coach the team on the principle and practices of good data management (ALCOA) Ensure an active daily presence in GMP work area to observe the work activity and practices of the team within their role responsibilities Lead and support continuous improvement efforts within quality system team
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) Pharmacist, Biology, Chemistry master's degree, or related field with 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry Advanced analytical skills Demonstrated leadership skills Quality operations technical knowledge and strong people management experience Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal Thorough understanding of GMPs, applicable SOPs, production processes, and statistical/inspection practices
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Proficiency in using data analysis computer tools and conducting statistical analysis Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System Empower and Microsoft Office programs Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong collaboration and team-building skills
