Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

BMS Technician/Supervisor

who can oversee installation works and provide commissioning support for Building Management Systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to supervise site activities to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise BMS installation works at site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Assist in BMS commissioning, including testing, calibration, and integration of field devices and control panels. Troubleshoot BMS-related issues, sensors, controllers, and communication networks. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams for efficient execution of work. Review drawings, wiring diagrams, and BMS layouts to support installation and commissioning tasks. Ensure proper documentation of testing, commissioning reports, and system handover. Monitor and verify field equipment, control panels, and devices for correct functionality. Ensure safety compliance and quality standards throughout all site activities.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a

BMS Technician

or

BMS Supervisor

. Strong understanding of BMS systems, field devices, control panels, and networking. Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with site teams. Good communication and reporting skills. Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
