Our client is one of the leading Digital Company They are now looking for a Recruiter to join them.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and reduce time-to-hire

Preference:

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of business and/or corporate roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions or related field
• Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders
• A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities
• Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Studies or equivalent
