As Financial Controller you will be a pivotal force in steering our financial strategies and operations to new heights. Responsible for overseeing finance functions, you will bring a wealth of experience to enhance our financial performance, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8b Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and achieve
organizational goals.
\xe2\x97\x8b Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and key stakeholders.

\xe2\x97\x8f Cash Management:
\xe2\x97\x8b Lead daily cash management activities, ensuring operational liquidity.
\xe2\x97\x8b Formulate and execute cash forecasting strategies.
\xe2\x97\x8b Resolve discrepancies and optimize banking relationships.

\xe2\x97\x8f Financial Reporting and Analysis:
\xe2\x97\x8b Spearhead the preparation of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements.
\xe2\x97\x8b Conduct in-depth financial analysis, presenting insights to drive informed decision-making.
\xe2\x97\x8b Generate detailed financial reports, emphasizing key variances.

\xe2\x97\x8f Statutory Compliance:
\xe2\x97\x8b Oversee the accurate and timely filing of statutory returns, staying abreast of evolving
regulatory landscapes.
\xe2\x97\x8b Collaborate with external auditors during audits and assessments.
\xe2\x97\x8b Maintain an up-to-date understanding of tax regulations across GCC and international
jurisdictions.

\xe2\x97\x8f Accounts Receivable and Payable Management:
\xe2\x97\x8b Drive efficient accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy in customer transactions.
\xe2\x97\x8b Streamline accounts payable workflows, ensuring precise coding and approval processes.
\xe2\x97\x8b Implement effective reconciliation mechanisms for both accounts.

\xe2\x97\x8f General Ledger Oversight:
\xe2\x97\x8b Direct the recording of financial transactions in the general ledger.
\xe2\x97\x8b Lead the reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
\xe2\x97\x8b Play a vital role in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Chartered or Certified Accountant
\xe2\x97\x8f Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in a similar role
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in accounting software (Xero and Zoho), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of statutory compliance and tax regulations across GCC and internationally
