Key Responsibilities

Smart Contract & Token Development

Design, develop, and deploy

secure, gas-efficient smart contracts

on Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and other EVM-compatible blockchains. Implement

NFT standards

(ERC-721, ERC-1155) and advanced NFT logic such as royalties, fractionalization, dynamic metadata, and on-chain generative assets. Integrate

NFT marketplace protocols

, including custom auction, staking, and lending mechanics for NFTs. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and security tests for all smart contracts. Conduct peer reviews and audits, with a focus on mitigating vulnerabilities such as reentrancy, flash loan exploits, and signature replay attacks.

DApp, NFT, & Metaverse Development

Build and maintain NFT marketplaces, launchpads, and gamified Web3 experiences. Integrate wallet connectivity (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Rainbow, Ledger) with seamless transaction flows. Develop interactive frontends using React, Vue.js, or Angular, with Web3 integrations via ethers.js, wagmi, or web3.js. Implement IPFS, Arweave, or decentralized content delivery for NFT storage and metadata hosting. Collaborate with 3D/AR/VR teams to bridge blockchain assets into metaverse platforms such as Decentraland, Sandbox, or Unreal Engine integrations.

Backend, Indexing, & Infrastructure

Architect secure APIs and backend systems for blockchain & NFT projects. Deploy and maintain node infrastructure for Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains. Build indexing pipelines for real-time NFT and on-chain asset tracking (The Graph, custom indexers). Set up monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools for blockchain systems.

Protocol, Tokenomics, & Interoperability

Design tokenomics for fungible tokens, NFTs, and utility/reward systems. Work with cross-chain bridges to enable NFT transfers across multiple blockchains. Explore and implement Layer 2 scaling (Optimism, Arbitrum, zkSync) for NFT-heavy applications. Research emerging trends in NFTs, gaming, DAOs, and DeFi integrations for long-term adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

7-10 years of blockchain development experience with proven NFT-related projects. Mastery of Solidity and smart contract frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Remix). Expertise in NFT standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and token compliance (ERC-1400, ERC-3643). Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). Strong background in gas optimization and blockchain security best practices. Familiarity with decentralized storage (IPFS, Arweave, Filecoin). Experience integrating NFTs with DeFi protocols (collateralized NFTs, NFT staking, NFT lending).

Blockchain Expertise

Hands-on with Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, and other EVM-compatible networks. Understanding of DeFi + NFT hybrid use cases. Familiarity with metaverse development and NFT interoperability standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Rust (Solana NFTs) or Move (Aptos/Sui). Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs for private NFT transactions. Familiarity with MEV concepts, governance mechanisms, and DAO-based NFT governance. Experience deploying NFT APIs and GraphQL endpoints. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Soft Skills

Visionary thinking in blockchain, NFTs, and the metaverse. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in distributed teams. Ability to move from concept to deployment with speed and quality. Detail-oriented with a passion for security, performance, and user experience.
