Job Description

We're hiring a skilled Unity Developer with blockchain and metaverse expertise to join our team in Dubai. This is a non-gaming role focused on developing cutting-edge enterprise applications that combine immersive 3D experiences with blockchain technology for business, training, and professional virtual environments.

You will work with our development and product teams to create sophisticated Unity applications that integrate Web3 technologies, delivering high-performance solutions for corporate clients and enterprise metaverse platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy Unity applications for enterprise metaverse platforms and blockchain-integrated experiences Build immersive 3D environments for virtual offices, training facilities, and collaborative business spaces Integrate blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and Web3 functionalities into Unity projects Implement NFT systems, cryptocurrency wallets, and decentralized authentication mechanisms Create multiplayer networking solutions for professional virtual collaboration Optimize rendering pipelines and performance for cross-platform deployment Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver comprehensive solutions Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control best practices

Must-Have Qualifications:

4+ years of professional Unity development experience in non-gaming applications Strong proficiency in C# programming and Unity's scripting API Proven experience with blockchain development (Web3, smart contracts, DeFi protocols) Hands-on experience integrating blockchain technologies into Unity projects Knowledge of 3D graphics programming, shaders, and rendering optimization Experience with multiplayer networking and real-time collaborative applications Understanding of enterprise software development practices and security considerations Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for on-site collaboration

Preferred Skills:

Experience with VR/AR development for enterprise applications Knowledge of various blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana) Familiarity with Web3 libraries and blockchain SDKs Experience with cloud services integration and backend APIs Understanding of AI/ML integration in Unity projects Knowledge of enterprise UX/UI design principles Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques Background in training simulations or virtual collaboration platforms
