Position Overview:



VN.com seeks a skilled HRBP to lead recruitment and HR strategy in the dynamic blockchain sector. This role is pivotal in building a collaborative and innovative remote workforce, aligning HR initiatives with VN.com's goals, and fostering a culture that supports Web3 visionaries worldwide.




Key Responsibilities:





Talent Acquisition:

+ Lead recruitment efforts to attract top blockchain talent, including developers, sales representatives, and other key positions.
+ Oversee job postings, manage interview processes, and guide new employee onboarding.

HR Strategy Development:

+ Design and implement HR strategies that align with VN.com's decentralized, innovation-focused business goals.
+ Support workforce scalability and flexibility, enhancing team effectiveness in a fully remote setting.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

+ Cultivate a culture of collaboration, creativity, and commitment to Web3 principles within a remote work environment.
+ Implement initiatives that foster employee engagement and reinforce VN.com's values.

Performance Management:

+ Develop and execute performance evaluation frameworks, set KPIs, and monitor employee growth and satisfaction.
+ Provide continuous support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Compliance & Policies:

+ Ensure HR policies comply with local and international regulations, emphasizing remote work and crypto-friendly standards.
+ Regularly review and update policies to meet industry and regulatory changes.

Learning & Development:

+ Champion a culture of continuous learning, providing access to blockchain and crypto learning resources, certifications, and career advancement opportunities.

Job Requirements:





Experience:

+ Minimum of 3 years in HR, preferably within tech, blockchain, or crypto industries.
+ Proven success in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for decentralized, remote teams.

Blockchain/Crypto Knowledge:

+ Understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, and the decentralized nature of emerging industries.
+ Prior experience working with crypto-specific talent pools is a plus.

Remote Work Expertise:

+ Experience managing remote and geographically dispersed teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Skills:

+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
+ Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
