Job Description
. Blasting & Painting Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, and oversee surface preparation and coating activities. Ensure blasting and painting processes comply with project specifications and industry standards. Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and testing. Prepare technical documentation including method statements, work procedures, and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in blasting and painting works.
2. Blasting & Painting Supervisor/Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise blasting and painting teams at site. Ensure work is performed according to safety and quality standards. Report daily progress and challenges to the project engineer.
Requirements:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in blasting/painting. Good leadership and communication skills.
3. Production Planning Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain production schedules in coordination with project deadlines. Monitor progress and identify potential delays or resource shortages. Work closely with procurement, engineering, and execution teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering. 2-4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in industrial projects.
