Achieve Monthly /Quarterly / Annual allocated Targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit daily and quarterly activities sales report \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit monthly and forecast as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously expand knowledge of our product line \xe2\x80\xa2 Always deliver exceptional customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have \xe2\x80\xa2 Help customers determine which product is the right choice for them \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely \xe2\x80\xa2 Accurately communicate all technical specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Work cooperatively with the rest of the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Seek self-improvement through mentoring and coaching from senior team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Always remain in compliance with company guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow up \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with potential customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Offer related products and services to new customers
