Job Description
I am looking for a BIM / Revit Architect (Theming) with the following qualifications mentioned as under: 1. Post: BIM / Revit Architect 2. Work Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years in Revit 3. Job Location: Sim Leisure - Al Quoz - Dubai 4. Job contract: Full Time 5. Software proficiency: Revit & AutoCAD. BIM360 6. Must have done BIM modeling of a project Duties & Responsibilities (Revit) Theming Revit Modeling - Mainly walls, windows, and doors 3D Revit Modeling - Model in Place Preparing sheets, tags & schedules Managing links & Collaborate Design Collaboration (Publishing / Packing) - BIM 360 3D Revit Modeling Navisworks (NWC / NWD) Verify that drawings are accurate, legible, and follow applicable drafting codes Modify existing drawings to reflect necessary changes Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Maintain and create company standard drawing documents Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- BIM360 & Documentation: 1 year (Required)
- Revit Modelling: 3 years (Required)
- Parametric Family ( Revit ): 2 years (Required)
