The Role
The BIM/Revit Designer will develop, manage and report all activities relating to for creating 3D models of projects and detailed plans to be built by the construction contractors. BIM/Revit Designer will work closely with architects and other designers and will also provide support to construction contractor during the construction phase to support on-time and on-budget completion of the project. . Prepare schematic design, design development, construction documentation, BIM content create 3D perspective and any additional drawing . Transform conceptual/schematic designs using Revit into working construction documents . Review drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, as well as perform routine drafting and technical tasks as required throughout the project duration . Maintain quality standards, format special requirements, etc. as mandated by office production standards . Produces well-organized, finished drawings of good appearance, accuracy, clarity, and correctness from layouts, sketches, and verbal and/or written instructions . Coordinate working drawing information with related outsources and consultants . Preparing drawings, sketches, charts and other visual aids to communicate information to others . Review architectural drawings to determine if they meet building codes or other regulations . Design building structures by using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings of floor plans, elevations, sections and other views of buildings
Requirements

• 7-10 years of architectural drafting/design experience in custom-designed large industrial equipment contract management for a large capex project-focused company . Hold, as minimum, an associate's degree in construction management, architecture or building science . Expertise in industrial building designs and practices and applicable laws and commercial regulations in Kuwait or M.E. . Experience as Owner's team member and Arabic speaking are a plus
