We are seeking a

Planning BIM Engineer

with expertise in

4D planning, 5D cost integration, and construction project scheduling

. The candidate will work closely with the project team to

visualize construction sequences, optimize planning, and integrate cost data into BIM models

for improved project execution and control.

Key Responsibilities:



4D BIM Planning & Simulation



Link

Revit or IFC models

with project schedules using

Primavera P6 or MS Project

. Create

4D simulations

to visualize construction sequences over time. Identify

clashes or scheduling conflicts

before they occur on-site. Optimize

sequencing, resource allocation, and logistics

to improve efficiency.

5D Cost Integration



Integrate

cost data

(materials, labor, equipment) into BIM models. Support

quantity takeoffs (QTO) and cost estimation

processes. Analyze

cost impact of design or schedule changes dynamically

.

Project Planning & Coordination



Assist in preparation of

project schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures (WBS)

. Collaborate with

project managers, engineers, and site teams

to monitor progress. Provide

weekly/monthly progress reports

and highlight schedule or cost deviations. Support project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

. Minimum

3-5 years UAE experience

in

BIM planning, scheduling, or project control

. Proficient in

Revit, Navisworks, Primavera P6, MS Project, Cost-X and 4D/5D BIM software

. Strong understanding of

construction sequences, project scheduling, and cost control

. Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, multi-project environment

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
