Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Planning Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering, preferred experience in
piling, ground improvement, and geotechnical works
. The successful candidate will play a critical role inproject scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination
for large-scale infrastructure and foundation project.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, update, and manage detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
and/orMS Project
Coordinate with project teams (site, design, procurement, subcontractors) to align timelines and activities Develop baseline, look-ahead, and recovery schedules Monitor project progress, identify variances, and propose corrective actions Participate in client meetings and provide project performance updates Conduct delay analysis, support in EOT claims, and maintain proper documentation Work closely with planning and technical teams to ensure timely execution of piling and ground engineering works Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards, HSE guidelines, and company policiesRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Minimum
10 years of UAE/GCC
experience
preferred Preferred experience inpiling
, shoring, soil stabilization, and geotechnical systems Proficient inPrimavera P6
, MS Project, and MS Excel Familiar with contract conditions and UAE construction practices Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication and reporting skills in English UAE Driving License is an advantagePreferred Qualifications:
PMP / PSP / AACE certification (preferred) Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or BIM is a plus Experience with
marine works, or deep foundation systems
