Develop accurate 3D models using Revit (Architecture/Structure)
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to coordinate models.
Extract shop drawings and schedules from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with company and client BIM standards.
Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
Develop detailed BIM models for modular construction projects, with a focus on structural steel elements.
Coordinate and integrate BIM models with other disciplines (architecture, MEP, etc.) to ensure clash-free construction.
Utilize BIM software (such as Revit, Tekla Structures) to create 3D models and generate construction drawings.
Conduct clash detection and resolution exercises to mitigate design conflicts early in the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project teams to streamline construction sequencing and optimize modular assembly processes.
Participate in project meetings and provide BIM-related technical support and guidance as needed.
Ensure BIM deliverables adhere to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
