Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and authority approvals.
Ability to coordinate with design and construction teams, produce clash detection reports, and ensure BIM implementation across project stages.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage BIM models across projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Participate in design reviews and resolve model coordination issues.
Support documentation, reporting, and submissions to local authorities.
