to develop and manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services. The role requires high proficiency in Revit MEP and coordination experience across trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update 3D MEP BIM models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
Conduct clash detection and resolve issues in coordination with other disciplines.
Generate coordinated shop drawings and extract quantities from models.
Maintain model accuracy and standards based on BIM Execution Plans.
Work closely with site and design teams to reflect real-time changes.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model walkthroughs.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Drafting.
3-5 years of UAE experience in MEP BIM modeling.
Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of LOD standards and BIM coordination processes.
