Key Responsibilities
BIM Modeling:
Develop detailed 3D models for architectural and MEP disciplines using Revit.
Create and modify architectural elements (walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs).
Model MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components.
o Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate models and resolve conflicts.
Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to clash detection and resolution.
o Documentation:
Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
Prepare schedules and quantities directly from the BIM model.
o Standards Compliance:
Ensure models adhere to company BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
Maintain model integrity and data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
o Support and Training:
Provide technical support to team members regarding Revit workflows.
Assist in developing and updating BIM standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
o Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller.
Proficiency in both Revit Architecture and Revit MEP.
Experience working on projects that require coordination between architectural and MEP disciplines.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models for both architecture and MEP.
Familiarity with clash detection tools and processes.
Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other related software is a plus.
