We are seeking a skilled
BIM Modeller
specializing inMEP systems
(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) who can alsodraft and prepare detailed drawings
. The ideal candidate will support our engineering team by developing coordinated BIM models, producing shop drawings, and ensuring design accuracy across disciplines.Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and manage BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and AutoCAD MEP. Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to detect and resolve clashes. Prepare detailed shop and construction drawings. Ensure all designs comply with project standards and specifications. Update models and drawings according to design revisions or site feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
BIM Modeller
for MEP projects. Proficiency inAutodesk Revit
,AutoCAD
, andNavisworks
. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical layouts. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Contract Type:
Short-term (1-3 months),extendable
based on project performance.Work Mode:
Remote or On-site
