Job description:

Update the existing models to reflect the approved as built 2d drawings in the construction models (Revit / Civil 3D)
Extract shop drawings form the model.
Do clash detection and prepare clash report.
Resolve clashes with other disciplines models from subcontractors (Precast/Str. Steel/Fa\xc3\xa7ade/Metal works etc.)
Assign asset data and COBie data for each element.
Extract Asset data and COBie data.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma in Civil/Architecture
Experience: Min 3 years working experience in modelling using Revit and Civil 3D
Software: Revit 2019, Autodesk Civil 3D, Naviworks, AutoCAD and office applications.
Must be familiar with civil, structural, and architectural details.
Should be conversant in the preparation of clash free models \xe2\x80\x93 running clash detection within Revit and using Navis.
Must be able to extract shop drawings from Revit models.
Should be able to work as detailed in the approved BIM execution plan.
Should be able to assign Asset data and COBie data in the model and extract data from Revit/Civil 3D models to Excel.
