Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled
BIM Modeler
with strong experience inInterior, Fit-out, and Joinery
projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models, coordinating with design and site teams, and preparing precise shop drawings using BIM standards and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update
BIM models
for Interior, Fit-out, and Joinery works usingRevit / AutoCAD
. Create detailedshop drawings, joinery details, ceiling layouts, and furniture models
as per design intent and site requirements. Coordinate witharchitects, engineers, and project managers
to ensure accurate information flow and clash-free model development. Performclash detection and coordination
with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, Architectural). Maintainproject BIM standards
, file organization, and model version control. Prepareas-built models and drawings
upon project completion. Assist in thequantity take-off and material estimation
process from BIM models. Ensure that all modeling work complies with company and client BIM execution plans.Required Skills and Software Proficiency:
Autodesk Revit
- Advanced level (mandatory)AutoCAD
- Advanced level (mandatory) Experience withNavisworks / BIM 360 / Enscape
preferred Strong understanding ofjoinery and interior detailing
Knowledge offit-out materials, finishes, and installation techniques
Ability to interpret and coordinatearchitectural and MEP drawings
Good communication and documentation skillsQualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering
or related field Minimum4+ years of experience
as a BIM Modeler in Interior Fit-out or Joinery projects (GCC experience preferred)Job Type: Full-time
