About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
BIM Modeler
to join our growing team in Qatar. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with
1-2 years of experience
in BIM modeling who are eager to develop their skills and contribute to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and update
3D BIM models
using Revit and other BIM tools.
Prepare and manage
2D drawings, layouts, and shop drawings
derived from BIM models.
Assist in
clash detection
and coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Support project teams in preparing
quantity take-offs
and schedules.
Ensure models are aligned with project standards, company BIM protocols, and client requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and coordinators to resolve design issues.
Maintain and organize BIM documentation and project files.
Assist in implementing
BIM execution plans
and workflows.
Participate in project coordination meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of BIM/Revit experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of
Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-paced project requirements.
Requirements
Valid
QID (Transferable)
is mandatory.
Available to join immediately or within short notice.
Willing to commit to a
2-year contract
.
