Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Interior Design BIM Modeler
with at least2 years of UAE experience
to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be proficient inRevit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
, with a strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and construction documentation. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop detailed3D models, renderings, and construction drawings
for high-end interior design projects.Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage
BIM models (Revit)
for interior design projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design intent. Develop detailedconstruction drawings, schedules, and material specifications
using BIM software. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to integrate MEP and structural elements into interior design models. Generate3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs
to support design presentations. Ensure BIM standards and protocols are followed across projects. Assist inclash detection, coordination, and resolution
during design development. Prepare and updateas-built drawings and documentation
for project handover. Stay updated with the latestBIM trends, software, and industry best practices
.Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
inBIM modeling for interior design projects
(residential, hospitality, commercial, or retail).Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
Knowledge of3D rendering software (Enscape, 3ds Max, Lumion)
is a plus. Strong understanding ofFF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) integration
in BIM models. Familiarity withUAE building codes and regulations
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
