Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM MEP Modeler with strong capability in

Mechanical (HVAC)

and

Plumbing (Water Supply & Drainage)

systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and family creation, delivering projects at

LOD 350-500

standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and update BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC & Plumbing). Perform coordination with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines. Create, modify, and maintain Revit families according to project requirements. Ensure modeling accuracy in line with LOD 350-500 specifications. Assist in resolving design clashes and participate in coordination meetings. Support project teams with required drawings, schedules, and documentation.

Requirements

Minimum

4+ years of total experience

in MEP BIM modeling. At least

2+ years of UAE onsite or GCC project experience

(UAE preferred). Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and related BIM tools. Experience in Mechanical (HVAC) & Plumbing system modeling is mandatory. Ability to work independently and deliver within project deadlines. Candidates

must be locally available in the UAE

and able to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
