Job Description
Develop and update
3D mechanical BIM models
(HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems) in line with project specifications, standards, and client requirements. Prepare and coordinateMEP shop drawings
from BIM models for submission and approval. Ensureclash detection and coordination
with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines using BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Revit). Maintain compliance withproject BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
, ISO 19650 standards, and company protocols. Extractquantities, schedules, and details
from BIM models to support project planning and procurement. Support engineers by providing accurate and coordinated design documentation.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
