Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed and accurate MEP 3D models using Autodesk Revit (MEP). Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, and schedules. Ensure BIM models comply with project BEP requirements, LOD standards, and naming conventions. Collaborate with BIM Managers, Engineers, and coordination teams to resolve clashes and design conflicts. Update models based on consultant/contractor comments and site changes. Maintain model cleanliness, worksets, and families according to company standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling. Strong knowledge of Revit MEP Familiar with coordination processes (Navisworks experience is a plus). Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical). Knowledge of industry standards (LOD 300-400, ISO 19650, BEP workflows) preferred. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
