We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
BIM Engineer
with strong experience in
Aluminum and Facade systems
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for facade projects, ensuring precision, efficiency, and full compliance with project and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and update comprehensive 3D BIM models for facade and aluminum works.
Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using Revit and other BIM software.
Coordinate facade systems with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
Perform clash detection, identify design issues, and collaborate with consultants and contractors for resolution.
Ensure all models and drawings comply with UAE building codes, project specifications, and international BIM standards.
Generate quantities, material take-offs, and schedules directly from BIM models.
Provide BIM-related technical support to design, engineering, and site execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate digital documentation and assist in improving BIM workflows and project delivery processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience as a BIM Engineer, preferably in the Aluminum & Facade industry.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms).
Solid understanding of facade engineering principles, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
