to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes specific to aluminum and facade projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in facade systems, advanced BIM software proficiency, and effective collaboration with design, engineering, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage 3D BIM models for aluminum and facade projects in line with project standards and BIM execution plans.
Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed facade system models using BIM software.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues.
Ensure BIM model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Extract BOQs, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
Conduct clash detection, constructability analysis, and design validation.
Maintain and update BIM libraries for facade systems, materials, and components.
Provide training, technical support, and guidance to the design and drafting team in BIM processes.
Ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with ISO and BIM standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
4-7 years of proven BIM experience within the
Aluminum & Facade industry
in the UAE/GCC.
Proficiency in BIM tools:
Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo
(or similar).
Strong understanding of facade systems: curtain walls, cladding, and aluminum glazing.
Knowledge of UAE construction codes, facade standards, and project specifications.
Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary drawings and resolve design conflicts.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
UAE market experience strongly preferred.
