The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for facade projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and update
3D BIM models
for aluminum and facade works.
Prepare
shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings
using Revit and related BIM tools.
Coordinate facade systems with other disciplines (structural, architectural, MEP).
Perform
clash detection
and resolve technical issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
Ensure compliance with
UAE building codes, project specifications, and international BIM standards
.
Generate
quantities, schedules, and material take-offs
directly from BIM models.
Provide BIM support across the project lifecycle to design, engineering, and execution teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to
digital project delivery
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
.
3-5 years
of experience in BIM engineering, with proven expertise in aluminum and facade systems.
Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
(or similar platforms).
Strong knowledge of facade engineering principles, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
