with expertise in Aluminum and Facade systems to join our UAE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for facade projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and update detailed 3D BIM models for aluminum and facade works.
Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using
Revit
and related BIM tools.
Coordinate facade systems with other disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
Perform clash detection and resolve design or coordination issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, project specifications, and international BIM standards.
Generate quantities, material take-offs, and schedules directly from BIM models.
Provide technical BIM support to design, engineering, and site execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate digital documentation and contribute to the overall BIM project delivery process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture
, or a related field.
3-5 years
of experience as a BIM Engineer, preferably in the Aluminum & Facade industry.
Proficient in
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
(or equivalent platforms).
Strong understanding of facade engineering principles, fabrication, and installation methods.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
