digital design and modeling
process for facade projects, ensuring that all models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with technical and regulatory requirements. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills to support the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and manage
3D BIM models
for aluminum and facade systems with precision.
Produce and review
shop drawings, fabrication layouts, and installation plans
using Revit and other BIM software.
Collaborate with
architectural, structural, and MEP teams
to ensure model integration and clash-free coordination.
Identify, track, and resolve
design or coordination issues
in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
Generate
quantities, material take-offs, and schedules
from BIM models for project planning and cost control.
Provide BIM support during
design development, engineering, and on-site construction
phases.
Maintain organized and up-to-date
digital documentation
to facilitate efficient project delivery.
Ensure compliance with
UAE building codes, international standards, and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience
in BIM modeling, preferably for aluminum and facade systems.
Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360,
or equivalent BIM platforms.
Strong understanding of
facade engineering, fabrication techniques, and installation practices.
Excellent
problem-solving, coordination, and communication
skills.
Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented, multidisciplinary
environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
