Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused

BIM Engineer (Revit Modeler)

with strong expertise in

aluminum and facade systems

. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models and 2D construction drawings for facade and curtain wall systems, ensuring excellent coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP designs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining model accuracy and supporting smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and manage detailed

Revit BIM models

for aluminum, curtain wall, and facade systems. Coordinate facade models with

architectural, structural, and MEP

disciplines to ensure clash-free designs. Produce

shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation

from BIM models. Participate in

clash detection and coordination meetings

using Navisworks or similar tools. Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and company CAD/BIM standards. Maintain and manage BIM families, templates, and libraries related to facade and aluminum systems. Perform regular

quality checks

to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Support design coordination between internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Ensure that all model information is accurate, complete, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum

3 years' experience

as a Revit/BIM Modeler. Minimum

2 years' specialized experience

in aluminum and facade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glazing).

Software Skills

Advanced proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

(mandatory) Knowledge of

Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

is a strong advantage.

Technical Knowledge

Solid understanding of

facade engineering

, aluminum fabrication, curtain wall systems, cladding, and glazing types. Strong ability to interpret architectural, structural, and technical drawings.

Key Skills

High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
