Job Summary:

We are seeking a

skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer (Revit Modeler)

with hands-on experience in

Aluminum and Facade Systems

to join our dynamic engineering team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate

3D BIM models

and

2D construction documentation

for complex facade and curtain wall projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in

Revit modeling, facade detailing, and interdisciplinary coordination

to ensure high-quality design deliverables and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed

Revit BIM models

for aluminum and facade systems in line with project goals and BIM protocols. Coordinate facade designs with

architectural, structural, and MEP

disciplines. Generate

shop drawings, fabrication details,

and

construction documentation

from BIM models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design conflicts and coordination issues. Participate in

clash detection

and interdisciplinary coordination reviews using

Navisworks

or similar software. Follow and implement

BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)

and company

CAD/BIM standards

. Perform

quality control checks

to ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. Manage and maintain

BIM content, families, and libraries

specific to aluminum facades and curtain wall systems. Support project teams throughout all project stages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date model information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Engineering,

or a related technical discipline.

Experience:

Minimum

3 years of professional experience

as a Revit Modeler. At least

2 years of specialized experience

in

aluminum and facade systems

.

Software Skills:

Advanced proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

(mandatory). Working knowledge of

Navisworks, AutoCAD,

and

BIM 360

is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

facade engineering, curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing types,

and

aluminum fabrication

. Ability to read and interpret

architectural and engineering drawings

accurately.

Skills:

High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong

communication and teamwork

abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
