Position Overview



We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven

BIM Engineer

specializing in

Aluminum and Facade systems

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and managing

Building Information Models (BIM)

for facade projects--ensuring precision, compliance, and seamless integration across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities



Create, update, and manage

3D BIM models

for aluminum and facade works. Prepare

shop, fabrication, and installation drawings

using Revit and related BIM tools. Coordinate facade elements with

architectural, structural, and MEP

teams to ensure design consistency. Conduct

clash detection

and provide solutions in coordination with consultants and contractors. Ensure all work aligns with

UAE building codes

, project specifications, and BIM standards. Extract

quantities, material take-offs, and schedules

directly from BIM models. Support design, engineering, and site execution teams with

BIM-related technical assistance

. Maintain organized

digital documentation

and contribute to continuous BIM process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture

, or a related field.

3-5 years

of proven experience as a BIM Engineer in the

Aluminum & Facade

industry. Strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

, and

BIM 360

. Solid understanding of

facade design, fabrication, and installation processes

. Excellent

analytical, coordination, and communication

skills. Ability to work efficiently in a

collaborative, multidisciplinary team

environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
