Job Description
Monitoring and auditing all the structure department outputswalk-throughACE is looking for a BIM Coordinator (Structure) with the following qualifications, duties, and responsibilities:
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Civil Structural Engineering
- With a total of at least 10 years of Total Working Experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Must have working experience in the UAE & Abu Dhabi
- Familiar with the latest versions of Revit (2023 and 2024)
- Familiar with BIM collaboration
- Familiar with Dynamo
- Professional in modeling and creating architectural objects and families
- Creating and developing the Architecture department template.
- Generate the clash detection reports.
- Generate the walk through to prepare a visual review study.
- Generate the BOQs from Navisworks
- Capable to generate the BOQs schedules of the structure models.
- Coaching the Structural department engineers and Draftsmen on BIM issues.
- Guide the engineers to submit the BIM deliveries in a proper way.
- Capable to make the necessary structural analysis by Robot Structural Analysis software if needed
- Bachelor\'s (Required)

- BIM: 3 years (Required)
