• Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
• Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the MEP Engineering Team
• Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialist / BIM Technicians / BIM & Design System Lead / BIM Technical Manager in other Architecture Studios, Structural Team and BIM Management Team
• Implement and contribute to Companys quality plan
• Organise, configure and maintain projects
• Manage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models
• Ensure procedures, standards and workflows are applied and communicated to the project teams
• Mentoring of core BIM design systems and best practices
• Act as BIM Coordinator (MEP Engineering) for major projects
• Provide day-to-day BIM Technical support to the engineers
• Leading and Managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit Technician
• Reviewing and preparing BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope of work and contractual documents
• Experience in MIcrostation and Navisworks, experience in OpenBuildings, and/or OpenRoads, and/or OpenRail, and/or OpenBridges is of an advantage
• Experience in BIM 360 and/or ProjectWise is of an advantage
• Experience and knowledge in relevant system design
• Experience in Aviation close-out process.
• Basic knowledge on reading and interpretation of engineering drawings

• 5 years of minimum site experience, including 3 years in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in Hospitality
• In-depth knowledge of latest version of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with experience of creating search sets, running clash detection and producing clash reports.
• Experience in working with CAD Packages i.e. AutoCAD
• Able to produce Visual images for marketing
• Excellent organisational skills and communications skills, both written and verbal
• Able to manage sensitive and often confidential information
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, from a recognized University.
