Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled

BIM Coordinator

to lead and manage Building Information Modeling workflows across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, engineering, and site execution teams to ensure model accuracy, clash-free coordination, and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Manage BIM models throughout project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance Develop, update, and control BIM execution plans and workflows Perform

clash detection

, issue resolution, and coordination with trades (MEP, architectural, structural, etc.) Prepare coordinated shop drawings, as-built models, and handover documentation Maintain model standards, templates, and naming conventions aligned with project BIM protocols Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and design teams Generate construction documentation, schedules, and quantity extractions from BIM models Support with technical documentation, RFIs, and coordination meetings Conduct BIM training and assist team members in BIM software usage Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs aligned with project deadlines

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

3-5 years' experience

as BIM Coordinator Strong expertise in

Revit

, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 Knowledge of clash detection tools Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems Familiarity with industry BIM standards Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
