Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
BIM Coordinator
to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of BIM models, manage clashes, and support project delivery within tight deadlines.Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines. Conduct clash detection and resolve design issues. Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline workflows. Generate reports, schedules, and visual outputs from BIM models.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator in [construction/MEP/architecture projects]. Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools. Familiarity with BIM execution plans and industry standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver under short-term project deadlines.
