Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

BIM Coordinator

with 5-7 years of relevant experience to lead and manage BIM processes across multiple disciplines on design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will act as the key interface between design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth BIM execution and coordination from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar software. Develop, implement, and monitor BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project-specific workflows. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency. Perform quality control checks on models to ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements. Support the creation of 4D and 5D BIM models for construction sequencing and cost estimation. Train and support BIM modelers and junior staff on BIM standards, practices, and tools. Maintain documentation related to BIM procedures and ensure version control of project files. Coordinate data exchange and information management through Common Data Environments (CDEs) like BIM 360 or similar platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5-7 years of experience in BIM coordination, ideally within a multi-disciplinary design or construction firm. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Strong knowledge of clash detection workflows, LOD requirements, and model audit processes. Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or local BIM mandates. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
