Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled BIM Coordinator

to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BIM software, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to integrate multidisciplinary design and construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency. Review, check, and validate BIM deliverables in line with project requirements and company standards. Facilitate information exchange between design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Identify and resolve clashes through model coordination and clash detection reports. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with BIM standards and guidelines. Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM-related issues. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure timely delivery of design outputs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (preferably in the Middle East). Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools. Familiarity with international BIM standards and practices (ISO 19650 preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

MME registered is preferred.
