We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
BIM Trainer
capable of teaching bothBuilding Information Modeling (BIM)
and3D Visualization
tools.The role involves delivering professional, project-based training in
Revit (Architecture & Structure), AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape
, and other rendering platforms -- from beginner through advanced levels.Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive, hands-on training sessions covering
BIM workflows
,model coordination
, andrendering techniques
. Develop structured course materials, exercises, and project assignments aligned with currentAEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction)
standards. Train learners inRevit modeling, BIM collaboration tools, and visualization rendering
for architectural and structural projects. Provide mentorship onportfolio creation, real-world project simulation
, and software best practices. Stay updated on the latest versions and industry trends inBIM and visualization technologies
.Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.Experience:
Minimum2 years of proven training or teaching experience
in BIM and design visualization.Technical Expertise:
Autodesk Revit (Architectural & Structural) AutoCAD 2D/3D BIM 360 / Navisworks (preferred) SketchUp, 3DS Max, Lumion, Enscape, or V-RaySkills:
Deep understanding of BIM workflows and rendering pipelines Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesFluency in English
