Job Description

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our growing team and support ongoing high-profile projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing BIM workflows, coordinating between disciplines, and ensuring high-quality model delivery -- similar to the role currently handled by our BIM coordinator, Aneesh.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for architecture, structure, MEP, and landscape disciplines.

Review models for compliance with project requirements, LOD standards, and BIM execution plans.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and modeling issues.

Support clash detection, model federation, and documentation workflows.

Ensure timely delivery of BIM packages aligned with project milestones.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination within the AEC industry.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC workflows.

Strong understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650 principles, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Ability to commute to and from Abu Dhabi for project coordination as required.

Availability to work 6 days per week.
