Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of BIM standards and workflows across multiple projects

Coordinate with project teams to ensure consistent application of BIM processes and best practices

Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and related documentation

Facilitate multidisciplinary model federation and coordination

Conduct quality assurance checks on BIM models and ensure compliance with project standards

Organize and manage BIM content, including objects, families, and templates

Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows

Produce 3D and 2D model deliverables for various disciplines

Produce quantity reports per Client requirements.

Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors

Attend and /or manage model coordination meetings

Provide progress and performance updates to the Technical Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination in the construction industry

Minimum 2 years of experience in Fit-out related projects / shop drawings

Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D

Knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to work without direct supervision on modelling and documentation processes and tasks.

Ability to meet challenging deadlines
