We are seeking technically skilled, detail-oriented
BIM Coordinator
with a proven background in leading the development and coordination of structural BIM models and ensure alignment with project objectives and international standards. You will also represent the company in client meetings and support cross-disciplinary integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D structural BIM models using Revit.
Audit structural Revit models for quality, BIM standards adherence, and performance workflows.
Detect and report clashes between structural and other disciplines using Navisworks.
Ensure BIM deliverables comply with company standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants to integrate multidisciplinary models.
Maintain project worksets, naming conventions, and parameters.
Conduct quality checks to ensure model integrity and data accuracy.
Support teams with technical BIM troubleshooting and best practices.
Assist in preparing shop drawings, schedules, and quantities from models.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential
? Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for structural projects.
? Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
? Good understanding of BIM workflows and BEPs.
? Solid knowledge of structural systems and construction practices.
? Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
? Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Preferred
Certification in Autodesk Revit or BIM Coordination.
Familiarity with scripting tools (Dynamo, Python) for automation.
* Knowledge of ISO 19650, BS1192, and UNI Class systems.
