Job Description
The Role
My client is an award winning global design firm involved on a number of exciting projects within the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Leisure and Residential sectors. As part of their continued development and due to ongoing growth in the Middle East, they are looking to recruit BIM Architects in Dubai. You will have experience and involved in detailing and design delivery of various projects and must have a portfolio to showcase. Activities (But not limited to): \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with Architects, Engineers, and other project team members to create and manage BIM models, which are used to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication throughout the project lifecycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and implementing BIM standards and processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Generating and managing detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Revit models as well as creating sheets & annotations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design tools, and other software packages typically associated with architectural design \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong portfolio of projects (Large scale projects preferred) \xe2\x80\xa2 AutoCAD and REVIT \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience of working in Middle East
