BIM ARCHITECT & ARCH. BIM ENGINEER IN DUBAI GET HIRED IN SINGLE STEP Direct through Company Email : Jobs@bimlord.com ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Proficient in Revit Architecture 2) BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup. 3) Helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination by creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit Design Models and documentation as per approved drawings and site coordination. 4) Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters. 5) Review of clash reports with the project team, and the general contractor and lead this process when needed. 6) Prepare reports and schedules for internal use (exports from Revit Architecture). 7) Proficient in detail design and BIM Modeling up to LOD500 8) Knowledge of BIM Standards such as PAS 1192, BS 1192, LOD Specs, etc. 9) Proficiency in design software(s) such as LUMION, AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP, and IN DESIGN is a plus.
